Try a family on your own screenshots
In the editor's Styles list every family is drawn with your own screenshots and copy, so you can compare them before you switch. Pro families preview the same way, with a watermark, until you unlock them.
Every family exports at Apple's sizes
Whichever family you pick, the export writes flattened RGB PNGs at the dimensions App Store Connect accepts. The screenshot sizes reference lists all of them.
